NCCCO (National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators) with LBC and TLL Endorsements or NCCER with equivalent endorsements. It would be nice for you to currently have: Participation in random drug testing program. Responsible for completion of all maintenance and repairs of crane. Must be able to complete barge logs, monthly crane inspection reports. Must display leadership skills and be able to direct work on deck of the barge. Develop and implement critical lift plans. All requirements for Crane Operator I and II. 
Must be able to perform preventative maintenance on crane systems.Must possess working knowledge of crane systems.Must have experience with clamshell dredge.Conventional crane operating Experience.

You must have the following required qualifications: Comfortable working while exposed to grease, dirt, paint, water, etc. Proper heat/cold tolerance, working in all weather conditions. Ability to work in confined spaces for prolonged periods of time. Must be able to keep balance/equilibrium while performing duties at various heights. Physical dexterity and strength to operate deck machinery work on equipment that is poorly accessible or in confined workspaces. Agility to bend, stoop, or squat, and climb high steps/ladders frequently. Position involves lifting, pulling ad operating heavy equipment and objects. Continuously demonstrate a string sense of responsibility and ownership by being proactive in all situations/tasks. Ability to take direction no matter how it is given. Understand and respect the chain of command. Understanding the importance of and taking pride in and responsibility for mastering the small things before mastering the big ones. Desire to learn, comprehend and progress, willingness to start from the bottom. Ability to handle stressful situations with focus. Safely operate a dredge clamshell crane at various dredge work sites across the country.
